That's a cheery title now, isn't it?

This section of our website is a kind of behind-the-scenes peek at what we're thinking - what inspires us.  We're planning all kinds of content - stories, recipes (if you want to do more than just eat the chocolate out-of-hand), inspiration, and of course, what we're thinking about.

...and what I'm thinking about right now is how scary this all is.  I'm stepping into something new, that I can't see the edges of, and I can't predict the outcome of.  Hence, 'abyss'.  See, it's accurate!  Hopefully, this whole experiment will be a roaring success and you'll enjoy the fun stories we'll post and the wacky thoughts that get turned into delicious chocolate.
